Winemaking Information
Alpha Project grapes are sourced from the North Coast AVA, one of California’s renowned growing regions. The North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon grapes give this wine its rich berry flavors and full body while blending a touch of Merlot and Petite Syrah creates the perfect balance. Enhancing the wine with French and American Oak rounds out the mouthfeel and creates a long, smooth finish.
